HO'OPONOPONO
Ho `oponopono is a Hawaiian forgiveness ritual and goes back thousands of years. It's an easy way to be with yourself
to reach nature and the universe in inner peace and harmony.
It can be described as a cleansing and detoxification ritual for body, mind and soul that removes the negative beliefs and blockages,
which have manifested themselves in our thoughts and cell structures, can be dissolved and healed.
Ho'oponopono is also a wonderful and simple spiritual method of shamanism to solve fears, worries and interpersonal conflicts of all kinds and to heal yourself and your relationships with other people.
